In-house trainer skill-up training session

We hold training sessions to improve the skills of trainers every month, and this time we trained new trainers on how to prepare kueh, how to make sashimi, and how to commercialize hot pot. With the guidance of our in-house instructors, we struggled at first, but somehow we were able to commercialize the product.

<New trainer’s impressions>

After working in the fresh fish department of a supermarket for 5 years, I have been working at our company for about 4 months now. The reason I joined our company was because I wanted to acquire more technology and knowledge.

Therefore, in the last skill-up training, there was training on commercializing kueh.
I had never handled a kueh before.

I couldn’t hide my surprise when I saw up close the technology of our senior employees, Mr. Kawano and Mr. Izumimoto, who demonstrated their commercialization during the training session. After all, I felt that the technical skills and knowledge of our employees are outstanding in our industry. I also want to work towards that goal every day with a desire to improve. Also, in future training sessions, I would be happy if I could learn about complex fish that I have not yet experienced, and the commercialization of seasonal products.
