On Friday, December 15th, we held a “Fish Cooking Class” for customers of the supermarkets we work with.
The menu is “mixed fried fish”
First, the lecturer, Mr. Kusano, manager of the consulting department, demonstrated how to handle shrimp and sardines.
Afterwards, the participants practiced peeling and deveining shrimp, opening sardines, and frying them while receiving guidance from Director Kusano and two consultants from our consulting department.
After the dishes were completed, we held a “tasting session” and everyone was satisfied.
